The forests of Kaffa in Ethiopia are where coffee, and its name originated. Local smallholders from the region of Sidama bring their individual harvests to be washed, carefully sorted and then processed together. This heirloom variety has a unique profile with fragrant jasmine and tasting notes of apricot, plum, lemon, bergamot and black tea.
