Shipping policy

We offer free shipping within NZ for orders over $70, and flat rate shipping options for Australia.

Orders placed before noon, Mon-Fri, are processed the same day, including booking the courier, tracking information will be emailed to you when the courier is booked. If it is not possible to ship in this time frame, an email or SMS will be sent to notify you as soon as possible of any potential delays processing your order. We will communicate with you to ensure you always know the status of your order. 

If more than 7 days have passed and you haven't heard from us, please email info@homecompostablecoffee.com or call Amanda on 021 242 1594, and we will  to review the status of your order, issuing refunds or re-sending the order as applicable.
